Formulated with nourishing ingredients extracted from avocado, coconut seed and mango butter to supply ample nutrient and moisture for delicate lips, the ROM&ND Lip Matter is a multi-purpose product that instantly mattifies any lipstick formula minus the dryness!

Can be used as a moisturizing lip base, or as a top coat for a blurred, matte finish. It is a multi-use product as a lip base or lip top coat with excellent lip blur correcting effect for flawless, sleek lips.

It's chiffon texture fills up all lip fine lines and forms coating over lips to create silky smooth express. It offers fresh, matte finish over any lip product without greasiness or smearing. As lip base, it provides a blurring effect on lips for silky look.
